3. Service Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: You may book services through our Site, by phone, or via email. Payment may be required at the time of booking or per mutually agreed-upon billing terms.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay. Unless otherwise stated, all fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services.
4. Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel a booked service, please notify us as soon as possible. You may request cancellation by contacting us at [email protected].
- Deadline for Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specifics and nature of the service.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the deadline may result in a partial refund, no refund, or a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled service without prior notice (“no-show”), you may forfeit the entire fee.
5. Cancellation by FinnoVent
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or other unavoidable events). If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
- Rescheduling: If feasible, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
- Refunds for Firm-initiated Cancellations: If services cannot be rescheduled, we will process a full refund for any fees paid for the canceled service.
6. Refund Eligibility
- Services Already Rendered: If services have already been performed, or work on your account/project has commenced, refunds may not be available. Any potential refund will be calculated based on the extent of work completed.
- Deposits/Retainers: Some services may require an advance deposit or retainer. If you cancel after work has commenced, refunds of deposits or retainers will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the resources already spent on your project.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.
7. Changes to the Policy
We may update or modify this Policy from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
